Shown below is the Chinese Dao custom made for Simon. It was a hand-and-a-half Chinese Dao as requested, weighing 2 lbs 14 oz with 44 inches overall length, 32 inches blade length. The guard is fixed with a new mechanism so that it will not get loose during combat. We include a photo showing its size compare to a large antique Chinese Dao.
The Menuki were added to the Tsuka of the Katana by the request from our customer in Japan. In order to fix the Menuki in place, we have put on the wrapping on the Tsuka.
The 2 Claymore shown in the following photos were made for our customer in Japan. One of their guards was padded in the new way experimentally that did not use any tape to cover the surface.
Shown below is the Chinese Dao custom made for Johnny. The one on the right hand side was the reference object.
The following three swords are part of the order we have received from a visiting customer from Japan. They were all padded at the guard with the EVA foam to test this thinner and more durable padding. The photo on the lower right hand corner is the gathering of all the new swords we have made recently.
A pair of custom made butterfly swords with shorter but wider blades. The hooks and knuckle bars are also padded.
The following are the swords of our customer Cobra.
The following photos show the blade thickness and distal taper.
